We never encourage you to follow a one-size-fits-all routine. We combine the essential ingredients of fitness and one-on-one coaching program.
Our personal trainers will help you set realistic and measurable short and long term goals, whilst constantly motivating and observing your progress. Before we craft your personal exercise regime, we take baseline assessments of your initial health condition. Once this is complete, we will devise a well-rounded exercise and wellness program designed to specifically meet your needs. All in the aim of meeting your personal goals efficiently.
With your individualized program and your trainer’s supportive assistance, you will build the confidence and motivation you need to exercise regularly and safely. Your personal training program will be changed regularly, not only for variety, but also to allow for continued progress.
Whatever you goals are: weight loss, healthy living, strength training, muscle building or weight gain, we recommend a package of nutritional counselling and personal training. This program allows for two qualified individuals to create a specialised program and offers you the assistance and encouragement of two members on your personal team.
